Whole-home remodels — Whole-Home Remodeling Contractor — Central Valley & East Bay
Most of our whole-home work is on houses built between 1955 and 1995 — ranches, contemporaries, and the better tract houses of the seventies and eighties. The bones are usually good. The plans rarely are. We open kitchens, rework primary suites, fix circulation, and replace the systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation) without rebuilding the house from scratch.
A whole-home remodel is where the design-build process earns its keep. One team carries the project from floor plan to final grout line, which is why the palette holds together room to room — the same stone story running from the kitchen slab to the bath floor — instead of reading like five separate remodels done by five separate crews.

Should I remodel everything at once or room by room?
If you plan to redo most of the house within five years, one coordinated project almost always costs less than sequential remodels — one mobilization, one permit cycle, one design that actually matches, and you only live through construction once.
Can we live in the house during a whole-home remodel?
Sometimes, in phases — it depends on scope. Full gut remodels with systems replacement usually mean moving out for the heavy phases. We map this honestly in design, not after demo.
Tell us about the project.
We typically respond within one business day.
