Build Narrative

A second-story addition in Turlock — new upstairs bath, landing, and the staircase that ties the new floor back into the house. The structural work is the headline; the finish work is why it reads as original construction instead of an add-on.

The new bath got a navy double vanity under rattan-framed mirrors and cage lights, with a glass-enclosed shower in blue-gray large-format tile. The staircase was built with a full white balustrade — square newels, new treads, new rail — rising to a landing that feels like it was always part of the plan.
